Aloha kakou,
Please join us on Friday, January 31, 2025, from 5pm to 9pm at ʻAiea High School’s football field for Hale O Nā Aliʻi’s Makahiki Festival 2025!
From Kumu Keola, director of the Hale Hāola Kanaka Cultural Institute (of which Hale O Nā Aliʻi is a part), this is the first event of its kind at AHS! It will be similar to ʻAiea Fest, however, this event is grounded and rooted in Kanaka Culture in order to celebrate the Kanaka New Year. There will be Makahiki games, food trucks, local vendors, and more!
Hale O Nā Aliʻi are the Hawaiian Language and Hula Students of ʻAiea High School. Hale O Nā Aliʻi falls within the larger canopy of the Hale Hāola Kanaka Cultural Institute.
We hope to see you there!
