Xavier Ito, a prospective Eagle Scout, has arranged for this amazing service project: a free workshop on sustainability and composting. This will take place on Saturday, October 18 from 10 am to noon at the Alvah Scott Elementary School cafeteria. The first 50 families will get a free Bokashi composting home starter kit.

ʻAiea Shopping Center: Refreshed and Rooted in Community
ʻAiea Shopping Center will hold the event, “Refreshed and Rooted in Community” at at the shopping center on Thursday, August 21 beginning at 11 a.m. The event will showcase the recent improvements made to the shopping center.
Two City and County of Honolulu meetings about changes to TheBus routes from ʻAiea to Kahauiki

Changes are coming to TheBus routes in our community, and this is your opportunity to learn more and have your questions answered.
Councilmember Cordero would like to remind the community of the two upcoming meetings where the Department of Transportation Services will present on the upcoming TheBus route changes from ‘Aiea to Kahauiki.
